Though you do have your lifers who started working afterschool at 16 years old and either dropped out of school or just decided not to go to college ... Maybe got pregnant one night after closing up with an older co-worker ...
Hardware store, liquor store with wine tasting events, traditional liquor store, bakery, upper class hair salon, dance studio, art gallery, drug store, performing arts theater, movie theater, drug store, bridal store, furniture store, barber for predominately Caucasion patrons, barber for predominately African American patrons. Banks, fruit and veggie mart, grocery store, bargain book store ...
High school with huge football field is the lifeblood of the town. Churches doing "trunk or treat" for Halloween. One church so old that they have a cemetary in their backyard; cruise night with old Happy Days styled cars and coffee break/Bible study for stay at home moms.
Country club that welcomes afternoon golfers, proms, weddings and receptions, dog shows, biker, walkers, kids on the playground, picnics --seperated by a lake with ducks that remind you of Tom & Jerry cartoons, residential area ... Apartment buildings ... This must be what Pine Valley was like.
